There's a preview of the album on youtube. Didnt sound like anything that impressive from the clip, but who knows. I don't know a lot of Alessandro Cortini other than that he was apparently a member of NIN.

I really enjoy this 2 discs record. Makes me think of the 2 live CDs released with Carlos Giffoni (one as a trio with Jim O'Rourke). This one is more centered of course on the synth sounds. But also it sounds more varied in the global approach. And I prefer these improvisations than the ones with Giffoni. This is not a harsh noise record.
It is not mastered very loud so I listen to it at a quite high volume. It is needed.
