Hi, Does anyone know why the number of Merzbow releases has slackened off considerably in recent years? Once you strip out re-issues, live albums, and collaborations, the number of actual new solo Merzbow studio albums issued per year seems to have dropped considerably from the rate we used to get. Is Masami burned out after doing this for so long? Or are there just less record labels out there willing to put this music out?

Yeah - I feel like an idiot now - so much coming out now I am struggling to keep up!
