well, when Merzbow releases something, usually there is another one lurking near. This time he releases Yaho-Niwa on Nuun records Track Listing 1.Glowing Red 2.Yaho-Niwa 3.Venis #4 4.Metal 22 A 13 and a half minute sample of the track Yaho-Niwa was released with the info. soundcloud.com/nuunrecords-1/merzbow-yaho-niwa-metal-22The album gets released on July 6th, but pre orders are available on the label's page. Also, act fast and the first 50 copies will also get a signed and numbered postcard by the man himself. But i got a strange feeling that the reason why the info also says Climax series is because Merzbow is gonna release more albums in this series. But thats just me speculating. Anyone else dig the sample?? sounds very reminicent to 1930 dont you think here is the label's website www.nuun-records.com/

I am listening to it, and it is SO good. My favorite song so far is Yaho-Niwa. He performed samples from that song when I heard him live. It's so good, you guys HAVE to listen to it.

I'm on track three at the moment and so far I can say is that I'm really enjoying this. Sounds very atmospheric, my favourite kind of Merz. (it's similar to Variation No. 1 off fukurou: 13 japanese birds part 2)

Again, I'm considering buying this, but I'd like to see some more opinions if anyone has it.

this is an outstanding release. one of my favorites, one that was maybe under-appreciated when released. as mentioned full of ATMOSPHERE and a good amount of harshness. I really like Venis #4. there is a theremin sound present which I really like.
